How does this work?

After submitting an inquiry, you’ll complete a brief travel questionnaire so I can learn more about you and the trip you have in mind. We’ll then connect to talk through your travel style, priorities, budget, and overall vision.

If we’re a good fit, you’ll select the planning service that best supports your trip and I’ll take it from there — designing your itinerary, coordinating the details, and guiding you through the process from planning to departure.

The Process

The Initial Inquiry

Submit an inquiry and complete a brief travel questionnaire so I can learn about your trip, priorities, travel style, and budget before we connect.

Travel Consultation

We'll connect to talk through what you have in mind, what matters most to you, and how I can best help. I'll answer your questions, and we'll determine the right planning service for your trip.

Let's get started

Once you're ready to move forward, you'll complete the client agreement and planning fee payment. From there, I'll begin designing your trip around the priorities and preferences we've discussed.

Design, Refine + Book

I'll research and curate the accommodations, experiences, transportation, and other details included in your planning service. You'll review my recommendations, share your feedback, and we'll refine the itinerary before confirming the arrangements.

time to travel

Before departure, you'll receive your finalized itinerary and travel details, so everything you need is in one place. I'll be available to answer questions leading up to your trip and provide support while you travel, should something unexpected come up.

Once you're home, I'll look forward to hearing how everything went. Your feedback helps me get to know your travel preferences even better and makes planning the next trip that much easier
